Directions: Take 3 sprays under your tongue 2 x day. Can take as needed up to 6 times a day. Teen (13-19) 2 sprays 2 x day; Child (3-12) 1 spray 2 x day. Best taken away from food but can be taken at the same time as any Medix stem cell activator.
