Our Free Shipping Offer for orders over $500.00 only applies to orders placed within the United States (USA). Any other special free shipping offers only apply to orders within the United States as well. BioLight has the right to refuse to ship outside of the USA. The customer will be responsible for full costs of any Customs Fees. We cannot take responsibility for any delays in shipping due to Customs in a country outside of the USA. If an order should be returned, only the cost for the products purchased will be refunded, no shipping costs and if a cost is incurred to return the order due to an incorrect address on behalf of the customer, those fees will be deducted from any refund due the customer for the product returned. We reserve the right to deny shipment to certain countries. If we do ship to another country all shipping, taxes, duty and fees associated will be paid by the customer. We can not be responsible for the items shipped once they depart the USA and will be at the risk of the customer.
