Shipping Policy
Shipping Time - Most orders received before 12:00 Noon EST Monday - Thursday will ship the same day, provided the product(s) ordered is in stock. Orders placed on Fridays received before 9:00 A.M. EST will ship the same day provided the product(s) are in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Orders cannot be modified once placed.
Please Note: Most carriers provide estimated delivery windows based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays, but these timelines are not guaranteed. Delivery can sometimes be delayed due to factors beyond anyone’s control.
Once an order leaves our facility and is in the carrier’s hands, the delivery schedule is fully managed by the carrier and is no longer our responsibility. We understand delays can be frustrating, but please know that we are unable to influence the shipment once it is with the carrier. If you have questions, we can help provide tracking information, but final delivery is handled by the carrier.
International Orders
Our Free Shipping Offer for orders over $500.00 only applies to orders placed within the United States (USA). Any other special free shipping offers only apply to orders within the United States as well. BioLight has the right to refuse to ship outside of the USA. The customer will be responsible for full costs of any Customs Fees. We cannot take responsibility for any delays in shipping due to Customs in a country outside of the USA. If an order should be returned, only the cost for the products purchased will be refunded, no shipping costs and if a cost is incurred to return the order due to an incorrect address on behalf of the customer, those fees will be deducted from any refund due the customer for the product returned. We reserve the right to deny shipment to certain countries. If we do ship to another country all shipping, taxes, duty, and fees associated will be paid by the customer. We cannot be responsible for the items shipped once they depart the USA and will be at the risk of the customer. Should your package become lost, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued.
Return Policy
Unopened products can be returned only within 30 days of the purchase date with a 10% restocking fee and customer will pay return shipping cost. You must call the office to get Authorization for the return. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product will also be accepted for return within 30 days from the date of purchase, restocking fees do not apply.
